We are looking for an experienced stage manager for our production of
Wise Woman of Abyssinia. This stage manager should have extremely good
organization skills as the production will involves a number of youths
apprentices and a chorus in addition to the cast and creative team. It
will be a large production and a lot of fun!

Wise Woman of Abyssinia is a new play by the Canadian artist Rebecca
Fisseha which tells the story of a young woman from Canada searching for
home and identity after returning to her childhood home in modern day
East Africa.


b current is a not-for-profit professional arts company which presents
and supports performance works emanating from the Canadian and
international Black diaspora. Our Toronto-based company focuses on
developing and presenting material often only seen outside of mainstream
venues.
