e-drive UPGRADES

Equity will shortly change its listserv provider in order to distribute
e-drive postings more quickly and effectively.

Our new service provider has an excellent record of timely email
delivery and has a much larger bandwidth at its disposal.

Some changes to e-drive service will result from this upgrade.
Subscribers will receive a welcome message from the new listserv and
will be required to register a new password. Individual settings
including password management and vacation stop registry may now be
self-administered.

Subscribers may continue to check the e-drive archives list from our
"e-drive archives" link at
http://www.caea.com/EquityWeb/OnTheBoards/Default.aspx.

Also, please be advised that the e-drive online submission request form
will be updated. The e-drive message format will soon be as follows:
