AUDITIONS - HALIFAX

Guest Artist Audition for "Prospero" (MALE OR FEMALE) in "The Tempest"
Where: Festival by the Marsh, located in Sackville New Brunswick
What: Presenting a community production of "The Tempest" with one
professional actor in the role of Prospero - should also be prepared to
mentor and possibly give a workshop (with additional compensation). The
Guest Artist Contract will involve limited rehearsals in May (schedule
tbd), and almost full time in June, with performances from July 10 -
July 27. This position will be paid five or six weeks on the guest
artist agreement (as discussed and on approval by CAEA).
When: Auditions will be Thursday, March 20 from noon - 3 p.m. in Halifax
- please email festival at mta.ca to make an appointment and for location
information, and prepare at least one monologue by Prospero from the
play. If you are unable to make this time, other arrangements will be
made.

Festival by the marsh intends to apply for permission to engage Equity
members in the production of "The Tempest" under the terms of the Guest
