Dear e-drive subscribers,

Please be advised that Equity uses a list serv provider to distribute e-drive messages. Many ISPs (internet service providers) now automatically delay large distribution emails (like those sent by list servs) in order to spam-check. E-drive messages delivered by Yahoo and Hotmail appear to be delayed the longest (days in some cases). Sympatico and Gmail seem to have a delay period of between two hours to two days, and Rogers appears to have the fastest delivery time of the large-scale ISPs.

Identifying caea-l at list.web.ca on your "safe list" will expedite the e-drive delivery process.

Equity is monitoring the e-drive situation as does our list serv provider, but there is actually very little we can do on this front. We suggest that subscribers notify ISPs of any late delivery problems.
