JOB - ASSISTANT TECH DIRECTOR - PETROLIA

Job Posting - Assistant Technical Director
 
Contract Length: May 20 - August 16, 2008
Salary: negotiable based on experience
    
Duties:

As directed by the Technical Director is able to complete tasks such as;

1)	Prep for and execute LX Hang and Focus
2)	Maintain lighting and sound equipment
3)	Assist with building sets
4)	Assist with set load in and turnarounds
5)	Maintain safety standards in the Theatre and Shops at all times
6)	Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
    
1)	Strong working knowledge of electrics
2)	Strong working knowledge of Scrollers and DMX assignment
3)	A working knowledge of fly and rigging systems
4)	Moderate Carpentry skills
5)	Moderate working knowledge of audio systems
6)	Must Drive
7)	Strong ability to work independently
8)	Not afraid of challenges
