OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ARTS MANAGER
Small Theatre Administrative Facility (STAF) is a non-profit arts
service organization that provides various administrative services to
emerging and established independent theatre artists and companies
throughout Ontario. STAF is seeking an experienced arts administration
manager for this full-time, permanent client services manager position
in its fast-paced, open-concept Queen/Spadina office. The successful
candidate is a confident, collaborative, outgoing leader/decision-maker
who is willing to make a commitment to this unique and vibrant
organization. Required skills include a knowledge of funding
organizations with several years of grant writing experience; a strong
publicity/marketing background; a knowledge of the Toronto indie theatre
scene and media; a willingness to serve clients with integrity, passion
and a commitment to their artistic vision; outstanding interpersonal,
problem-solving and organizational skills; exceptional oral and written
communication ability; commitment to positive team dynamics and growth,
and a comfort with flexible hours (occasional overtime, evening and
weekend work required).
Remuneration: $40-$45k (commensurate with experience) including generous
