Workshop West Theatre (WWT) in Edmonton seeks a GM with: 
 
- relentless initiative, 
- compulsive planning, organizing habits,
- CA financial management abilities,
- workaholic, perfectionist tendencies, 
- Harvard MBA administrative skills,
- Garth Drabinski's producing drive, 
- computer wizardry, (especially in Excel), 
- US presidential candidate fundraising skills,
- ability to smile & juggle while log rolling. 

For 30 seasons, WWT has produced new plays and playwrights. Financially
strong with a new Board, our budget is $350,000.

The GM reports equally with the AD to the Board on project, annual and
long range planning, and is responsible for: 
* financial management, admin, season, project budgets 
* overseeing a 4-5 event season
* fund development, grants, funder liaison 
* overseeing marketing & promotion
* HR

Arts admin and management experience, passion for theatre, and the
ability to work independently or on a team required. 

Full time, the salary will be $34 - $39,000, commensurate with
experience.
