Additional information:
The Company Theatre is looking for an Assistant Producer/Administrator
for its upcoming production of "Festen".  You will work with both our
Co-Artistic Directors and Executive Producer on various aspects of
production and Patron/Corporate Sponsor stewardship.  The contract will
start immediately and run till December 20th.  It is a part-time
position, but you must be able to work flexible hours. We do not have an
office therefore you must have access to a computer and internet as most
of your work will be done from home. Past producing experience is not
necessary, but you must have excellent administrative and organizational
skills as well as good communication skills - written and oral. Salary
to be negotiated.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*       Venue and creative team liaison
*       Canadian Actor's Equity Rep liaison
*       Overseeing design and completion of production programme
*       Work with publicists on co-ordinating publicity interviews
*       Liaison to company publicist and marketing department
*       Execute Corporate Stewardship iniciatives
*       Help with the organization of Opening Night and other receptions
during the run of the production
*       Oversee E-mail marketing campaigns
