Equity's recent National Annual General Meeting for 2008-2009 was held
in Toronto, Ontario on February 23.

Copies of President Allan Teichman and Executive Director Arden R.
Ryshpan's remarks and the 2007-2008 Financial Statement are now
available online.

The 2009-2010 National AGM will be held in Montreal, Quebec on Monday,
October 5th, 2009, location to be confirmed.
