*REMINDER* 2008 - 2013 NCCEA & NACMDA RATIFICATION BALLOTS MUST BE
MAILED BY JANUARY 21ST

Eligible Equity members - please be sure to mail your completed National
Capital Commission Events Agreement (NCCEA) or National Arts Centre
Music Department Agreement (NACMDA) ratification ballot not later than
Wednesday, January 21st, 2009 in order to guarantee that your vote is
received in time to be counted.

Only ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. ET
on Wednesday, January 29th, 2009 will be counted.

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
January 30th.
