REMINDER - VOA RATIFICATION BALLOTS SHOULD BE MAILED JUNE 3RD

A ratification ballot and a copy of the proposed changes to the 2009 -
2014 Vancouver Opera Agreement, including detailed explanatory notes,
have been mailed to Equity members in good standing who worked under the
Agreement during the 2004 - 2009 term.

In order to be sure your ballot is received in time to be counted, mail
your completed ballot not later than Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009. Only
ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on
Thursday, June 18th, 2009 will be counted.

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
June 19th. 

A copy of the 2009 - 2014 Vancouver Opera Agreement with the Vancouver
Opera Association ratification package is now available in the Members
Only Zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
