We are seeking actors to fill the following roles:

Marmee - late 30s/40s - strong, loving, intelligent, warm:  a rich mezzo
Aunt March - 50s/60s - repressed, intelligent, lonely Meg - 18 - sweet,
mature for her age, pretty Jo - 17 - spunky, a dreamer, a tomboy Beth -
15 - delicate, wise beyond her years, shy; plays piano Amy - 13 -
feisty, spoiled, impetuous Laurie (male) - 17 - polite, shy, sensitive,
smart; plays piano John Brooke - 21 - kind, intelligent, a young
romantic lead Mr Laurence - 60s - gruff but with a heart of gold Sallie
- 18 - silly, pretentious, fun Chorus (to be cast from principal
auditions)

Please bring a song from the musical theatre repertoire.  Those selected
to audition will be given sides in advance.

express your interest.  Hard copy submissions may be sent to the
director c/o Persephone Theatre, 100 Spadina Cres East, Saskatoon, S7K
0L3.  Please note that Saskatoon actors will be given first priority for
audition times, but all inquiries are welcome.

Due to time constraints, only those who are being auditioned can be
contacted.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
