Position:               General Manager
Organization:   Port Stanley Festival Theatre  
Location:               Port Stanley, Ontario

Role Purpose

Working with the Artistic Director, the Board of Directors and staff,
the General Manager is responsible to maximise all avenues of revenue
generation to increase profits and return on investments. The General
Manager has specific responsibility to manage the daily operations of
the Theatre and plan effective use of materials and human resources.

Experience

*       Proven successful experience of managing in a business
environment
*       Non-Profit understanding and Theatre experience a benefit
*       Reading and interpreting financial data and analysis

Skills & Knowledge

*       Marketing & Advertising
*       Proficient use of Microsoft word, QuickBooks, Excel
*       Strong Presentation skills
*       Ability to communication at all levels within the organization,
with volunteers and members of the public
*       Team Player
