General Auditions

The Belfry Theatre's Artistic Director, Michael Shamata, will be holding
General Equity and Non-Equity Auditions: June 7th, 8th, 9th 2010;  10:00
am - 6:00 pm; at 1318 Cartwright Street (Granville Island).
               
Prepare two audition pieces, approximately three minutes each: One
Canadian piece, one other of your choice - Canadian, classical, or
contemporary American or British. No musicals, self-written pieces, or
pieces from plays not professionally produced.

Please mail headshot and resume to The Belfry Theatre, before May 28th,
2010.  You will be contacted to book an audition time.  NO PHONE CALLS,
EMAILS OR FAXES, PLEASE. 

Audition time priority given to Equity Members and Equity registered
apprentices.

We've a limited number of audition spots.  If you've not been notified
of an audition time by June 1st, this means we don't have room to see
you this time.  Erin Macklem will call you ...please don't call her.
Priority given to those who were not seen at our last General Auditions.

2 Pianos 4 Hands by Ted Dykstra and Richard Greenblatt

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
