Additional information:
"The Nile" follows a white Canadian woman and her boyfriend as they
cruise down Africa's longest river on an Egyptian package tour.  Along
the way, she begins to suspect that her tour leader, a woman, may be
planning an act of violent terrorism.


CASTING THE ROLE OF "NUBI" - Nubian, age 40 & up; Nubi is the Ancient
Egyptian historian that accompanies the package tour.  He is the tour
leader's business partner, and seems to know more than he lets on...

"The Nile" is a new play by Conor Green and will be premiering at this
year's Toronto Fringe Festival.  We are looking for a commitment of one
night a week from the second week in May up until the end of June and
then every day during the festival which runs from June 30th to July
11th.  We will be having actors read from sections of the script.

Equity members participating in this production will be signed to a
Fringe application and all net proceeds from the production will be
divided equally among the participants.
