Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Ellen Lauren and J. Ed Araiza will conduct a 5-day intensive in The
Viewpoints and Suzuki Method of Actor Training. Many of us have
encountered these techniques in various workshops, but now you have a
chance to train with the originators. Aug 9-13 9:30 am - 4:00 pm,

This 6-day workshop "Discover Your Clown" is a level one approach to
theatrical clown for students with limited or no clown experience. Both
character and costume will be explored.
In level 2 'Develop Your Clown', a focus on rhythm, movement, verbal and
non-verbal play is highlighted, as well as an opportunity to explore duo
and group work in nose.
