 Studio on the Drive teacher Ingrid Torrance be looking at the
foundations of scene analysis, character building, listening and
reacting in the moment, working with a director and the mechanics of
acting for the camera (close up, master shot, etc).  She will be joined
by Casting Director Candice Elzinga, Agent Les Blackmore and Voice Coach
Alan Marriott.

I. Introduction to character: Students use text, play and improvisation
to develop original characters worth writing about.  Students are guided
to find their unique form of play, and make their characters come to
life.

II. Building performance: The students' focus of the week is on writing,
directing and performing, culminating in an informal public performance.
