Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
The St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival is committed to diverse casting
and actively encourages submissions from actors from all ethnic
backgrounds.

Additional information:
The St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival is now accepting submissions for
its 2011 auditions.

The Festival produces two plays in repertory, performing in an outdoor
amphitheatre on the St. Lawrence River in Prescott from July 9 - August
13.

General auditions will be held in Toronto on Jan 18th for actors who
have not been seen by the Festival in the past 3 years.

Callbacks will take place in Toronto on Jan 21st and 22nd.

Ottawa generals and callbacks will take place on Jan 24th.

Actors are asked to visit the Festival's website for more details on
which roles are available for casting:

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
