Theatre Alberta is seeking a creative and highly motivated Executive
Director who will manage the organization's programs and services.

Theatre Alberta is a provincial arts service organization representing
over 1100 organization and individual members, providing programs and
services and information to members in all regions of the province.
Theatre Alberta's mission is to encourage the growth and development of
theatre in the province.

Working on behalf of and reporting to the Board of Directors, the
Executive Director provides leadership and management in support of the
mission, objectives and goals of Theatre Alberta. As the leader of the
organization, the Executive Director works with the board to develop and
implement the organization's strategic plan and operations. This
includes managing all aspects of the operation; directing and overseeing
staff; preparing all grant applications and reports; and developing and
maintaining strategic partnerships.

This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, Alberta. Competitive
