REMINDER - MAIL 2010 - 2013 OPERA AGREEMENT RATIFICATION BALLOTS TODAY 
------------------------------------------------------

Equity members are advised to mail their 2010 - 2013 Opera Agreement
(OPA) ratification ballots today in order to ensure that the ballot is
received in time to be counted. Only ballots received in Equity's
National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 24, 2010 will
be counted. 

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
Friday, June 25.

Ratification packages, including a ratification ballot and a copy of the
proposed changes to the 2010 - 2013 Agreement together with detailed
explanatory notes, have been mailed to all Equity members in good
standing who worked under the OPA during the 2007-2010 term.

Any eligible voter who has not received a ballot is encouraged to
immediately contact Equity's National Office for assistance.

A copy of the Opera Agreement ratification package is now available in
the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
