Additional information:
We are seeking performers to join us in realizing the first stages of a
new musical, with a debut presentation at the Toronto Fringe. "Act Now!"
written by Rachel Brittain (Book) Daniel Abrahamson (Music) and Dan
Cummings (Lyrics) is a dark musical comedy. The production will be
directed by Adam Brazier.

We're casting five dynamic performers for the following roles:

LARRY, male, 24 - 27
Awkward and lovable protagonist, an out of work theatre graduate on his
first day of pitching products.

TONY, male,  34 - 38
A self-centered charlatan and top seller on the trade show floor. He has
worked in the field his entire life.

LAYLA, female, 22 - 26.
Our love interest. Sweet, beautiful, strange little Layla has a thing
for kitchenware.

ED, male,  40 - 50
An older gentleman who is nearing his retirement from the pitch
business. Actor will play numerous other roles in the show.

DOLLY, female,  30 - 40
A brash, loud, over-processed lady who has been around the trade show
block many times and with many pitchmen. Actor will play numerous other
roles in the show.

Equity members participating in this production will be signed to a
Fringe application and all net proceeds from the production will be
divided equally among the participants.
