The Vancouver Playhouse Theatre Company is currently seeking submissions
from Equity and Equity-eligible actors for the role of Marrell in THIS
by Melissa James Gibson, directed by Amiel Gladstone.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
MARRELL: African-American, late 30s. Fiercely intelligent, biting sense
of humour. New mother. "Must be able to sing jazz standards at a
professional level.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:
-       Provided sides
-       1 jazz standard
-       Accompanist provided

May, with the possibility of auditions in Toronto in June.
