Additional information:
The GM collaborates with the Co-Artistic Directors on short and long-term planning and is responsible for the administrative management of the company. While this is currently a part time position (25 hours a week) it can be grown by the successful candidate to something more full time. The GM’s duties include but are not limited to the tasks listed below, which are undertaken in partnership with the Artistic Directors. Scheduling and intensity of these tasks shift throughout the year, given the requirements of the season and the time constraints of a part-time position.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience and/or education in arts administration and management, proficiency with standard computer software (Word, Excel, etc.), strong document management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
