Additional information:
The Playhouse is seeking a full time dynamic marketing professional to head its marketing team and to design, lead and implement strategies and campaigns. The successful candidate will have effective communications skills (oral and written) with a planning and implementation approach that creates and develops strong individual and corporate relationships that maximizes financial success.
Key qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of the arts and entertainment industry including all aspects of marketing and communication strategies
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret audience databases.
Demonstrated success working with a volunteer Board of Directors.
Proven ability overseeing and directing the creative process for marketing materials including electronic media
Demonstrated success implementing and monitoring department budgets and in supervising marketing staff
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a hands-on approach and will have a passion for the performing arts. You will have at least five years experience in marketing preferably for a cultural organization
