"COUNCIL CONNECTION" BLOG UPDATE AVAILABLE

Equity President Allan Teichman has added a posting to his "Council
Connection" blog.

* A large part of the work handled by Equity can be regarded as customer
service, involving numerous member and engager interactions. Four years
ago, Council implemented policy to ensure those activities met basic
privacy and accessibility requirements. At its meeting in August, and
based on member feedback, Council voted to take that policy a step
further: implementing published service standards...

The "Council Connection" blog is available at EQUITYONLINE
(http://www.caea.com) or at councilconnection.blogspot.com. It shares
the doings of Council with the Equity membership and most topics will
reflect issues currently or recently under review by Equity's national
Council. The blog also supports several subscription options, including
RSS, for those members who wish to receive it automatically.
