General Manager Posting
Theatre Terrific is a non-profit company whose mandate supports mixed
abilities casting in all it's productions. Our office is located in the
Woodwards Heritage Building at 111 West Hastings. We are seeking to hire
a self-motivated experienced administrator to fill the full time
position of General Manager.
Requirements:
At least 3 yrs experience preferably in a non-profit environment.
Social media skills.
Understanding of theatre development and production.
An active, vested interest in mixed abilities theatre.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Able to develop administrative and operative budgets, administer
contracts, and maintain working relationships with key stake holders.
Grant writing experience is a plus.
Maintain collaborative, supportive and transparent partnership with the
Artistic Director and Board of Directors.
