The electronic version of Equity's quarterly newsmagazine EQ - Equity
Quarterly is now available on EQUITYONLINE at http://www.caea.com.

* Food is essential to life, but eating also gives us the opportunity to
connect to each other - especially when paired with good conversation.
In this issue of EQ we explore how food is used to highlight themes,
bring out characters, and shape the mood in live performance. We also
delve into the challenges of preparing food for use on stage, and - as
an added bonus - invite you to try out some unique recipes inspired by
iconic stage directions and created especially for Equity members.

Equity members receiving the Spring 2011 issue of EQ by mail will also
receive a copy of "Council Link - A periodic report to the Owners of
Equity." In the Spring 2011 issue of "Council Link" President Allan
Teichman reports on Council's work during  the first half of the current
term.

Electronic access to the current issue of EQ and all "Council Link"
issues are restricted to Equity members in good standing only. Members
must login to the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE
(http://www.caea.com) to read the electronic documents.

All Equity members in good standing receive EQ by mail unless a member
has specified to receive an online version only. EQ subscribers,
provisional and probationary members in good standing and Equity
apprentices also receive EQ by mail. 

Equity members may manage their EQ subscription online by logging on to
the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) and amending
their "Member Profile" preferences. You no longer need to be registered
with e-drive to be notified about the publication of a new issue of EQ.
E-drive subscribers may update their e-drive preferences at
http://caea.biglist.com/.

available free at the Adobe Web site:
