Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
- Emerging Actors will participate in a series of workshops for plays in
development as well as a series of acting workshops designed
specifically for the emerging actor.
- Seminars will be scheduled specifically for the Emerging Actors with
Theatre professionals who specialize in new play development, including
dramaturg/directors and actors. All participants will be cast in at
least one Write from the Hip reading, working alongside professional
actors and directors.  Works will be presented on the final night of the
Write from the Hip program.

Please submit the following:
- Headshot
- Resume
- Letter of Interest outlining why you'd like to be part of the Program
and your interest in New Play development.
*Please Note: If selected for an audition, you will be notified by phone
and have an audition on Monday July 18th,, 2011.* If successful the
first workshop will be held July 25th 2011.
