The successful candidate:

- is a member of CAEA in good standing
- has a minimum of 10 years of stage management experience
- is a mature, intuitive stage manager able to "breathe" with the Artist
- has some touring experience in Canada, with international touring an
asset
- can commit to a minimum of one full season of touring, with
international touring in the      second year of the production's life
anticipated

Penny Plain will tour to the following Canadian cities for the 2011/12
theatre season:

- The Citadel Theatre, Edmonton, AB
- Alberta Theatre Projects, Calgary, AB
- Vancouver East Cultural Centre, Vancouver, BC
- Factory Theatre, Toronto, ON
- National Arts Centre, Ottawa, ON
- Place des Arts, Montreal, PQ

Prep begins August 16, 2011, with rehearsals commencing on August 23rd
in Edmonton.  The Canadian tour finishes April 22, 2012.  International
tour dates TBA.
