Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Theatre IV Mimmo encourages applications from actors of all cultural
backgrounds.

Location: Columbus Centre, Toronto
Director: Rod Ceballos

Theatre.IV.Mimmo will be staging a reading of Arthur Miller's "A View
from the Bridge" with intentions of a full-scale production to follow.
Those cast in the reading will, ideally (but not necessarily) be part of
the production.  The reading will be staged at the Columbus Centre.  The
Columbus Centre is recognized as the Italian-Canadian contribution to
multiculturalism in the GTA.

Roles to be cast:

Eddie Carbone, a Longshoremen working on the docks of the Brooklyn
bridge, 40's
Beatrice Carbone, his wife, late 30's-early 40's
Alfieri, a lawyer, 50's
Rodolpho, an Italian immigrant, 20's
Marco, his brother, also from Italy, 30's
Mike/Tony, Louis, Longshoremen, late 30's-early 40's
Immigration Officer

Actors will be engaged under an applicable form of Equity contract.
