FEDERAL ELECTION ADVOCACY ALERT - ARTS & CULTURE ISSUES DEBATE
-------------------------------

Jian Ghomeshi spoke up for the arts in Canada's 41st election again
today. On his CBC Radio 1 morning show "Q" he convened a debate on "Who
deserves your vote when it comes to arts and culture?" to find out what
the three major political parties will do to promote Canadian culture,
cultural industries and arts.

Jian asked Conservative Dean Del Mastro, Liberal Bob Rae and the NDP's
Charlie Angus each to make their case as to why arts-and-culture-loving
folks should vote for their party on May 2.
