Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: Shakespeare
by the Sea is committed to hiring the best actor for the part.
Additional information: Shakespeare by the Sea is holding auditions for
it's 2012 summer season. A three show, repetory outdoor season based in
beautiful Point Pleasant Park, in Halifax, NS.

Two Shakespearean productions and one group-creation will run from July
1st to Labour Day. Rehearsals will start in the beginning of June. Total
length of the contract is approx. 13 weeks.

Actors are asked to prepare two Shakespearean monologues and an acapella
song for the audition.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
