REVISED POSTING!
The Touring/Stage Manager will be responsible for the planning,
management and administration of Red Sky's upcoming TYA tour to schools
and theatres in Alberta, BC and Ontario from January 24th to March 7th
and in the GTA from March 21st to April 1st.

Main Duties:
TOUR MANAGEMENT * budgeting, scheduling, logistics, travel,
accommodation, cargo, equipment rental, rehearsal planning and bookings
* preparation of efficient tour routes and driving tour van  *
Travelling long distances by ground and air  * Managing relationships
with artists, booking agents, presenters and schools

STAGE MANAGEMENT * All aspects of stage management including the
coordination and supervision of all rehearsals, performances, set-up,
strike * Maintaining records of technical/artistic elements such as
blocking and cues * Calling sound/lighting cues as necessary* Managing
relationships with artists, directors, designers, technical personnel *
Preparation of daily schedules and reports

Required Skills:
* Class G or higher driving license * Ability to read and navigate
local, national and international road maps * Competent with computers,
spreadsheets, petty cash * Knowledge of theatrical technical systems and
procedures * Understanding of touring procedures * Knowledge of union
scale agreements
