Additional information:
The Arts Club Theatre is currently accepting resumes for its production
of the musical HIGH SOCIETY, with music and lyrics by Cole Porter and
book by Arthur Kopit.  The director is Bill Millerd, Ken Cormier is
Musical Director, and Valerie Easton is the Choreographer. We are
looking for experienced musical theatre performers who are comfortable
with various musical styles, can dance and perform character parts.

Auditions will be held in Vancouver in mid September.   Those selected
for an audition will be asked to prepare 16 bars of an uptempo song from
the musical theatre canon prior to 1970 and to bring sheet music, as
well as clothing and footwear appropriate for a dance audition. 

Rehearsals begin on or about April 17, 2012 and the show will run at The
Stanley Theatre May 10 - June 24, 2012.

Resumes will be accepted until the end of business on Friday, August 5,
2011.

Reading copies of HIGH SOCIETY are available at the Arts Club Theatre.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
