TORONTO Casting Call 
For Globe Theatre's production of 
Shout Sister
Directed by Courtenay Dobbie

Looking for:
*	3 actors, who can play Caucasian female roles between 20-28
years of age. Must be able to sing in tight harmonies in the style of
the Boswell Sisters. 
*	1 female actor, who can play an African American role between
50-60 years of age and can also sing.
*	1 male actor, who can play an African American role between 35
and 45 years of age, can play blues/jazz piano and read music at an
advanced level.  

TORONTO
Tuesday, June 7th (all day)
Wednesday, June 8th (9:00am - 3:00pm)

Casting For:
All Roles

Those selected for an audition will be asked to prepare a side from the
play, and a jazz song - preferably a jazz standard from the musical
theatre repetoire, Gershwin, Coward, etc. An accompanist will be
provided.

Production Information 
First Rehearsal: 
    Tuesday, February 14th, 2012
Performance Dates: 
     Opening on March 8th, 2012
     Closing on March 25th, 2012

please indicate if you play piano. 

Deadline to submit is Thursday, June 2nd. 

Globe Theatre will contact those selected for an audition with further
information.   

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
