2011 - 2014 CANADIAN BALLET AGREEMENT WITH THE ROYAL WINNIPEG BALLET RATIFIED BY MEMBERSHIP

The recently re-negotiated Canadian Ballet Agreement with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet was ratified by the affected Equity membership in a ballot count held On May 7.

Members voted 100% in support of the proposed changes at a company meeting held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with 82% of the current company members in attendance at the vote.

The negotiated changes will take effect July 1, 2011 and the new Agreement extends to June 30, 2014. 

Copies of the new Agreement will be available on EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com <http://www.caea.com/> ) and in hard copy as soon as updating and printing allows.
