AGREEMENTS UNDER NEGOTIATION OR POLICES UNDER REVISION IN 2011

In accordance with Equity Councils' Executive Limitation policy entitled Scale Agreement Negotiation, Administration and Enforcement (EL-11), the Association hereby advises the membership that the following agreements will be negotiated or policies will be renewed in 2011.
Negotiations:
- National Arts Centre Special Events Agreement - expires as of August 31, 2011 - negotiations likely to commence as of June 30, 2011. Proposal suggestions must be received by June 1, 2011.
Renewals:
- Independent Artists Projects Policy (Indie) - expires as of November 6, 2011 - policy suggestions must be received by September 15, 2011. Please note: The Indie will be renewed until such time as the work by the Independent Theatre Review Committee and Council has been completed.
All Equity members are encouraged to contribute to the review and negotiation of these agreements or the revision of these engagement policies. Suggested proposals for change or amendment should be sent to agreements at caea.com by the dates identified above.
