The Shakespeare Company Seeks an Artistic Producer

The Board of Directors of The Shakespeare Company is seeking a new Artistic Producer to build upon the artistic growth and success that the organization has achieved.

The Shakespeare Company is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to educating, elevating and inspiring artists and audiences alike through the production of world class Shakespeare and Shakespeare-inspired theatre.

The Board is seeking a proven leader to carry on the vision of the organization. We require an individual with a sound knowledge of theatre production and budget processes, and the willingness and knowledge to take a significant role with both marketing and fund development. Experience with school performances and outreach would be an asset. 

The successful applicant must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. He or she must enjoy working collaboratively and have an exuberant passion for the Bard’s work.
