Carousel Theatre for Young People is seeking a Production & Facilities Manager.

Duties of the Production & Facilities Manager include, but are not limited to:
*       Manage production staff and contracted artists
*       Ensure that technical equipment is maintained
*       Oversee storage of sets, props, costumes
*       Coordinate and supervise production meetings
*       Responsible for Health & Safety in the workplace
*       Develop and maintain production budgets
*       Manage Carousel Theatre's facilities
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
*       A post-secondary degree in technical theatre from a recognized institution
*       Previous job experience as a Production Manager at a producing professional theatre
*       Demonstrated professional experience in one or more aspects of stage design AND/OR as a professional stage manager
*       Excellent communication and organization skills
*       A sense of humour, strong work ethic and a passion for live theatre
