Youtheatre, Quebec's oldest professional theatre company producing new work for young audiences, is looking for three actors (actors must be convincing in the particular age ranges):

Pandora: Female, age 16 to 18 (lead)

Firefox: Male, age 18 to 25 (required to play multiple roles)

Actress: Female, age 20 to 30 (required to play multiple roles)

Production: Pandora by Sarah Berthiaume and Simon Boulerice. Directed by Michel Lefebvre.

Synopsis: Visit www.youtheatre.ca

Contract: Three-week rehearsal period beginning February 20th, 2012. Production opens at Théâtre Calixa-Lavallée on March 12th and runs until March 16th. School tour from March 19th until 30th, 2012.  Place of origin is Montreal.

Only selected candidates will be contacted.  If contacted, actors will be required to perform two short contrasting monologues (contemporary). 

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the audition.
