EQUITY COUNCIL RESPONDS TO 2011-2012 NATIONAL AGM MEMBER RESOLUTION

At Equity's 2011-2012 National Annual General Meeting on February 27, 2012, a member resolution was brought forward on the topic of expediting the release of new engagement options for small-scale theatre.

Pursuant to bylaw requirements, Council reviews any such member
resolution at its next meeting, and provides a response to the
membership.
