Tarragon holds General Auditions annually in January. We audition both Equity and non-Equity actors by appointment only. Tarragon believes that artists of diverse cultures should have equal opportunities and we welcome such artists' interest.

If you wish to be seen at our General Auditions in January, please submit your headshot and resume to generalauditions at tarragontheatre.com by December 16th. Clearly mark in the subject heading whether you are an Equity or non-Equity member.

Equity actors will be asked to prepare two contrasting pieces from the Canadian dramatic repertoire (5 minutes in total). Non-Equity actors will be asked to prepare one piece from the Canadian dramatic repertoire (2½ minutes in total).

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the audition.
