2012-2015 NATIONAL ARTS CENTRE SPECIAL EVENTS AGREEMENT RATIFIED BY
EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

The recently negotiated a three-year National Arts Centre Special Events
Agreement (NACSEA) was ratified by the affected Equity
membership in a ballot count held earlier today.

Members voted 100% in support of the proposed changes. The return rate
on the ballots mailed was 33.3%.

The negotiated changes provide for a 1.5% increase to all minimum rates,
fees and other monetary amounts in each year of the Agreement. The
material terms of the NACSEA remain unchanged. The new Agreement is in
effect to August 31, 2015.
