The position is full-time with benefits. The hours of work are daytime, evening and weekends. Pay rate is $18./hr.

Additional information:
Reporting to the Operations & Client Services Manager, the BOX OFFICE & IT SUPERVISOR will coordinate Box Office operations and provide IT support to all Gateway Theatre departments.
A successful candidate must have:
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Excellent IT problem-solving skills
* Box Office staff supervision experience * Box Office database software programming experience (preferably with Theatre Manager)
Bonus points awarded for:
* Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin
DUTIES:
* Problem-solve and support Theatre Manager software for all Gateway Theatre departments.
* Supervision and HR of Box Office staff, including; hiring, training, and discipline.
* Work with other Gateway staff to provide Box Office resources to external and internal events.
* Coordinate Gateway Theatre website changes, upkeep and updates, in association with Communications department.
* Develop hardware and software upgrade timelines and communicate needs and recommendations with Operations and Client Services Manager.
* Trouble-shoot and update software on Gateway computers, including Simply Accounting, Acrobat, and Constant Contact.
* Liaise with City of Richmond IT department as required.
* Other duties as required
