Equity President Allan Teichman has added a posting to his "Council Connection" blog. 

* A few times a year, I get letters from members, or have correspondence copied to me, that leave me shaking my head in disbelief. It's truly amazing to see how quickly basic customer service interactions can escalate into movie of the week dramatics. I thought I'd share a few of the exchanges with you. Anyone who has ever worked in a customer service capacity will recognize these people instantly. As unique as the theatre community may be, some things are apparently universal...

The "Council Connection" blog is available at EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) or at http://councilconnection.blogspot.com. It shares the doings of Council with the Equity membership and most topics will reflect issues currently or recently under review by Equity's national Council.
