St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival is seeking a dedicated, energetic
individual for the position of General Manager.

About the Festival
Currently celebrating its 10th anniversary season of classical
Shakespeare productions in an outdoor setting, this award winning
company presents two plays in repertory with a complementary Sunday
Series each summer. The mainstage productions take place against the
backdrop of the St. Lawrence River at the 300-seat Kinsmen Amphitheatre.
The Festival offers three key Youth programs: 'Reveler' company
internships; Young Artists Training Program; FREE ticket policy for ages
14 and under. A series of off-season events are presented during the
Fall/Winter.

About the position
The General Manager works with the Artistic Director, and is responsible
to the Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities include finance; HR;
fundraising; marketing; and Board relationships. The successful
applicant will have management experience, excellent communication
skills, a demonstrated track record of success, and is comfortable
working in a dynamic, flexible and team-based atmosphere.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary is commensurate with
