Additional information:
The Haunted Group seeks one remaining actor - male, 30s - for the
SummerWorks Festival production of HAUNTED, the new play by Daniel
Karasik, to be directed by the playwright.

HAUNTED tells the story of Maggie Shiner, a university professor who, in
the aftermath of trauma, gets romantically involved with her synagogue's
young rabbi. Meanwhile, her young daughter claims she's begun to see her
father's ghost. A play about rational people intoxicated by the unseen.

HAUNTED, from the author of past SummerWorks hits IN FULL LIGHT and THE
INNOCENTS, was the winner of the Canadian Jewish Playwriting Competition
and a finalist for the Herman Voaden National Playwriting Award. It will
be presented August 10-19 at the Theatre Passe Muraille Mainspace, with
rehearsals mostly during the evenings, July 17th - August 9th.

We're casting the following role:

DAVID
30s, a young rabbi; keenly intelligent, searching, with a complicated
past.

The rest of the cast includes Rosemary Dunsmore, Amelia Sargisson, and
Sarah English. The design team includes Jung-Hye Kim, Verne Good, and
Andre du Toit. The stage manager is Laura Hendrickson.
