4th Line Theatre, an outdoor theatre company located in Millbrook, ON
is currently looking for a Development Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Administrator, the Development Admin Assistant provides
support for 4th Line's development campaigns including those required to
secure financial support from individuals, corporations, foundations and
government agencies. Supporting such activities including donor
initiatives, sponsorship development, patron services, capital programs,
and fundraising events.  Provide support as needed in the requests and
stewardship of individual, corporate, foundation support and government
grants. Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
Acting as an assistant to the Administrator, the performance of the
duties and responsibilities support the efficient operation of the
organization. The Development Admin Assistant must have strong computer,
interpersonal, writing and visual skills; the ability to multi-task;
work independently, and as a team player is essential.  The ideal
candidate will have a background in arts administration or marketing and
a passion for the arts.
