The character is from France and is culturally French. He
self-identifies as French. He could be any ethnicity.

Additional information:
May 25 Auditions will take place in Toronto
May 31 Auditions will be in Montreal

Louis is from France, and speaks in both English and French with a thick
French accent. He is attractive. A philosophy professor. He has a dry
sense of humour and an ironic self-awareness. He is extremely confident.

Please note, the role requires about 5 seconds of full nudity. and the
actor must be able to sing.

Actors selected to audition will be contacted and sent sides and a link
to a karaoke version of Ne me Quitte Pas, by Jacques Brel, to sing at
the audition. Recorded accompaniment will be provided.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
