Additional information:
Young People's Theatre will be producing Andri Snaer Magnason's Blue
Planet from April 2nd to May 2nd, 2013.  Rehearsals begin on March 11th,
2013.  Auditions will be held on June 5th and 6th, 2012.  Resumes should
be submitted to YPT by May 23rd, 2012.

CAEA performers will be given priority. Artists of all cultural
backgrounds and body types are strongly encouraged to submit resumes.
Send headshot/resume clearly marked Equity/Non-Equity and "Blue Planet"
to Stephen Colella.  Please note that e-mail submissions will *not* be
accepted.

ROLES

BRIMIR
A really nice and well-meaning boy who sometimes has weird dreams.

HULDA
A rather down-to-earth, but streetwise girl, determined and crafty when
necessary.

ELVA
She's a wild child, perhaps a little bossy, and maybe even a little
nasty, but not overly so!

MAGNI
A rather dark character, often sitting late at night on the edge of
cliffs when the moon's full.

BJARKI
He's called Bjarki the Philosopher.

LOA
The butterfly girl who knows where the butterfly cave is; maybe she's
guarding it, but has forgotten from whom she is protecting it!

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
